Four programs
Every dollar donated to Flexion Foundation is restricted to one of four programs, chosen by the donor. Funds are used only for that program. To request services or learn more about any program, email donate@flexionfoundation.org.
Care for the people insurance forgot.
Fully funded evaluation and care for adults navigating a physical or neurological condition who cannot afford treatment. Delivered by licensed physical therapists across the United States, with telehealth initial evaluations available. We cover chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and sports medicine cases when no other coverage is possible.

Helping kids get back to being kids.
Therapy that helps children work through developmental delays, musculoskeletal conditions, or recovery from injury, so they can engage at home, in school, and in their communities. Every pediatric program is structured around the child's real environment rather than clinic-only exercises.

Continuing education and training for healthcare workers who need to stay current with best practices but cannot absorb the cost. We sponsor course seats, travel, and materials for practitioners serving underresourced communities, so clinical skill does not stall for financial reasons.

Financial assistance for students entering rehabilitation and sports medicine professions, and for practitioners maintaining certifications. A single scholarship often decides whether a clinician finishes their program, passes their board, or stays in the field. We prioritize students planning to serve communities with limited access to care.

We publish every funded recipient, scholarship award, and program grant here within 30 days of the decision. Names are listed with written consent. Patient-care recipients are always de-identified in line with HIPAA.
First recipients will be published here after our fall 2026 funding cycle closes.
Next scholarship deadline: September 30, 2026, with awards notified within 45 days. Education-committee course sponsorships are reviewed monthly. Pro Bono Physical Therapy recipients are added as care is delivered, de-identified.
Initial evaluations can be scheduled as a remote telehealth call with a licensed clinician. For partnerships, equipment donations, or press, the fastest path is email.
